Dear God. I know that I am a sinner and I need a savior. I want to turn away from this sinful life and live the life you have planned for me. Please forgive me for my sins. Cleanse me of my past and wrong-doings. Make me new. For I know Your Son Jesus Christ died for me. I believe in my heart you raised Him from the dead. I accept this truth, and confess and proclaim that Jesus is in my heart forevermore. Thank you Jesus for your grace and for saving me from my sin. It is because of you Jesus we have eternal life. Please send me your Holy Spirit to guide me, and to counsel me so that I may better do your will. In your name, Amen!
